Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
Eligible Items
All regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items and limited-edition drop pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate
WhatsApp us at +91 97851 39838 with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method or as store credit.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are processed based on availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve immediately.
